Found! Arthur fucks Eames while making him look at a tie

Subject line is pretty much the only specific thing I remember about the fic other than it being generally awesome. I think the plot was that Arthur wanted to get Eames to dress sharper, so, presumably after some shenanigans, Eames wears a very nice tie one day, and when they get home, Arthur ties Eames' hands with Eames' lovely tie and tells Eames
