I read one where Eames meets Arthur as a young prostitute and kidnaps him. His parents were killed 'cause they were in dreamshare or something like it.
Sounds similar to your description, but it's probably not the same story. Anyway. I tried looking for the link, but I guess I didn't book mark it. I do remember it was on fanfiction.net though.
I couldn't let it go since I hadn't actually finished reading it myself since at the time it was still a WIP. But it appears to be complete now! Hope this one was it? =]

I'm skimming though it now....what i remember with the fic im looking for is that arthur and eames are on the phone together and the tv is on in the background and eames is like who's that, and arthur said no one and that got eames all suspicious
