I can't help you with the fic and I feel like a complete tool but I wrote Ariadne/Yusuf (based on art by the awesome chibi_lurrel). In Somnis Veritas, if you're interested.

ETA: Probably my favorite A/Y fic is part of gyzym's Domestic 'verse. You don't particularly need to read the others to adore take the long way home (soft as the radio). It's beautiful.

And I ADORE gyzym's Domestic verse, I think it was one of the first inceptions fics I read that got me hooked onto the fandom!

There's this fic: I Care Naught for Sleep by writteninhaste that's about Saito's right hand man asking the team to help his mentally tormented daughter. It doesn't really fit the description of the fic you're looking for 'cause I don't remember there being anything about sharks eating the team or the girl being asked to testify on a case but it sounds somewhat similar.

And sorry I can't help with reccing any Ari/Yusuf fics, all I read is A/E.
