Arthur/Eames Hazing fic *found*

Looking for a fic where Eames was trying to get into a fraternity, and he was involved in a hazing where Arthur had to go down on him and then he had to have sex with Arthur, but the frat brothers kept mocking him asking if they liked it or if they were gay, and in the end Arthur and Eames ended up together. It was a oneshot, I think. Help?
