What size would you guess this is ?
14.Vintage sleeveless tie-neck zip-up summer housedress. No size/material tag, but it feels like 100% cotton.

Also, I think I'm gonna go for it this time. I just love this skirt too much:

Re: the housedress, I'm a size 16, and it fits me well. I'm a 38DD/DDD, and it fits across the chest and easily across the hips.

Okay, that's fine. I probably SHOULD pass on teh skirt, cuz I know I won't wear it as much as I want to. But, it's so cute !

is the bust measurement stretched or unstretched? I'm a 38D and generally a 12 or 14 on top--would it be too big? Thanks :)

The bust is measured unstretched -- the cotton really doesn't stretch at all. I don't *think* it would be too big for a 14 on top, but maybe you could measure a top and see how the measurements compare?
