Ahh, I see! I wondered what that was for as well, it has "Rikkai - Sanada" written on it. IIRC, Hijiri had it one too in the previous shot (and he had it on wrong xD). Maybe it's for identifying their costumes, but it looks like they were participating in a contest or something. xD
