He's Harukawa Kyousuke, also called Halu-chan. :) He plays Shiraishi in the myus! :D

I always recommend Shitenmyu to everyone, 'cause it's FUUUN with a good dose of extra crack (well, it's Shitenhhouji, duh). :D If you have the time, definitely check it. :)
