NEW CAPPERS WANTED:
Due to busy schedules, hiatuses and life in general, quite a few of our cappers are having trouble finding the time to cap (which is understandable). I have been spending as much time as possible trying to get everything up in our new galleries, thus allowing me less time for capping. In order to continue being your #1 resource for high quality caps available via download and gallery, we are looking for 2 more people to join our team!
What it takes to be an IAD Capper?
I am going to be completely honest with you, we have high standards for our cappers. Not because we're snobby or want be elitests, but because we take pride in our work, and with everything that goes into our galleries, sites and community - we want someone who takes pride in theirs too. What we are looking for:
>> HIGH QUALITY CAPS: HQ doesn't just mean large dvd/blue ray/720p caps. It also means that the you have taken the time to weed out the bad caps and that the amount of caps is reasonable (ie: 3000 caps for an hour long tv show is a bit much). Mainly, this is because we don't have the room in our galleries to host caps of blurs, end credits or a close up of the back of Dean Winchester's head.
>> DEDICATION: We do ask that our cappers try to cap a reasonable amount from month to month. If you feel like you can not post caps at leaste twice a month, than IAD is not for you. Also, since we are a team, we ask that you only post your caps here.. cross posting is allowed as long as you link back to your original post in this community.

We don't need any caps of Supernatural, Veronica Mars, Doctor Who or One Tree Hill - We are interested in finding someone to bring new fandoms to the community, so no worries if you want to cap something new. We love people who cap movies too!

If we choose you, you'll be on a 30 day trial period followed by a 30 day probation. We do this as a precaution because if we accept you, and you can't give what we are asking, we want to offer the spot to someone who can.
