I love Christmas! I've mentioned it on my blog before, Christmas is a big deal to me. Normally I set up the tree on November 30. In the past, it was the no classes/no work day I could set aside exclusively for decorating the house. Oh god yes I remember those years of bad trees. The bamboo one was particularly embarrassing, I remember how we tried to cover it with green tinsel to make it look, well, not dead. Didn't work. And the live pine tree kept losing branches over the years. Haha, funny times. :)

TINSEL! It just made it worse, I think, not that anything could have made bamboo branches in a pot worse. But do you remember the Snoopy christmas ornaments? Their hands and feet moved? I really liked those, but sadly, they were too old and broken to survive. You know for the life of me, I can't remember why Mom and Dad didn't want to buy a new one. Parang now that I recall, I think the tree was cheaper pa than 3k. Could have been 2k or less lang.
