Here it is, folks, The Resolution Post. And it's a big one. Because I have a hundred million resolutions for 2009. Hmm, I haven't seen anything. But I also have not been looking. Sometimes it's best to explore and look around in the village itself.

I know! Problema kasi, while I sort of want to go Northward, as in Katipunan, QC area, kahit medyo Marikina, Pasig or even San Juan or Mandaluyong. Mike wants to go Southward, as in Paranaque. And I think unless I find the perfect house with the perfect price in the North, we might just have to move to the South.

Actually, I want to stay in Makati. But for the size house we want, we aren't likely to find one that we can afford.

Do you have a real estate agent you can recommend?
