Goddamned Sallie Mae... they shanghai'd me into creating an account that effectively has me at their mercy and have to accept a monthly repayment on mostly their terms. Not only that, said account had to be created within 24hrs and I have to have proof of it by printing out a confirmation email; as that is my "golden ticket" or whatever to show

It's not much, just a couple thousand. Well under 10k, but half of what I owe is accrued interest :( And with the money problems I've had on and off for a few years now, it might as well be a million for as easy as I can pay it.
