I think your work is lovely.
A lot of your paintings remind me of my struggle with
an eating disorder and it's relieving to see some of those
emotions represented in the physical world.

I'm also greatly inspired by the drawings,
I've stained a lot of my work with coffee and such as well.

some people say the figures i paint being too anorexic,
although, i'm not trying to promote such body types at all.
it's more of... representation of a fragility vs strength thing for me.
so i'm really glad that it helps you on any level to deal with something so difficult.

its relief to know that someone else also had eating disorder recollections when they saw some of these. i wasn't sure if that's the actual meaning of the painting ... but i like them anyway :)
