You know what I was most worried about the Christmas Special? Whether it would have that thing. The “turn you into a nine year old” thing. I mean, I knew David Tennant could act and I knew I liked him; I adore Russell T Davies’ writing and I knew Billie would be great but I was admittedly worried whether it would have that sparkle.

I was in too much of a state from the episode and the other previews to get much more squee-ful! My family are luckily equally Who-mad so no problems about funny looks. :)

I noticed the music too, they seemed to continue to use the regeneration theme throughout the shots of DT.
And I agree with the squeeness of the kiss.

Twas fantastic! I was cautiously optimistic before watching.. now I love Tennant as the Doctor!

I was too bouncy to even notice the interactive game thing (in retrospect I recall an advert at the end) but I'll check it out!

Definitely go play it. Lots of the new Doctor - it plays out like an episode, well kinda. Funny at the end too.. or all the Doctor fanatics in this house thought so :)
