Nov 05, 2006 14:24

Title: Reciprocal
Author: CitiKitti
Rating: NC-17

Summary: Charlie has an interesting little chat -- and then some -- with Sawyer. Set immediately between the episodes “Fire + Water” and “The Long Con”, so if you’re not up-to-date with season 2, it could be considered spoilery.

A/N: Many thanks to why_me_why_not for the beta! Also this is the 3rd in a loose ( Read more... )

Hot, and with a nice sour taste to it as well, which works perfectly for Charlie and Sawyer's dynamic.

Ahh, that helps. That certainly helps. I don't know why you hate Sawyer in this -- I think he's fantastic and so, so Sawyer. Mmmm, Sawyer. That was fabulous, hon. Sorry I wasn't around to beta!

Sweetie, I didn't wantyou to beta. Um. What I mean (b/c you know I don't mean that the way it sounds!) is that I knew you had other, more pressing matters this weekend, and I didn't want to be a bother. I'm glad you liked the fic, though I found Sawyer profoundly disturbing this go-round. Seeing as you've gotten your b-day out of the way (for the most part), you can have the next one if you like. I can tell you now that it'll be called "Covet", and may likely be Jack/Sawyer from Charlie's POV. I think. Possibly. Unless it isn't. :D

Hahah no, I understand. I figured as much. :) Sawyer was pretty disturbing, but in a very realistic way. He's just kind of a disturbing guy, I think. :)

Just read all three of these... very very niiiice. I'm not usually into the Charlie thing, but I liked how you covered why he would help Sawyer out here, and it all worked! (having said that, am writing a little something for a friend in which Charlie does feature, but well, not sure there will be sex for him yet!)

Oh, and is it okay if I point out your links are backwards? ie, "Fix" above takes you to "Tidal" and vice versa?

*headdesk* This is exactly why I shouldn't post porn & yell at the kiddies at the same time. Thanks; I will fix them immediately! I am glad you liked the fics though! :)

Yay! I know the thing with yelling at kiddies - have three of my own. Can be so distracting when you want to be writing porn!!!

Excellent fic! Yes!

I loved this, flat-out. Your characterizations totally worked for me, and Sawyer is no more disturbing than he usually is.

This part: Even if he wanted to, Charlie could never pretend Sawyer was Jack, not in a thousand years. He can’t pretend it’s Jack’s voice with that honeyed rasp, muttering something indistinctly above him. He can’t pretend it’s Jack’s fingers tangled roughly into the hair at the nape of his neck. Sawyer doesn’t even taste like Jack; he’s wilder somehow, more feral. I totally loved, something about it and what it reveals about what Charlie's thinking/feeling/whatever, is just so perfect. I can't find the words to explain why I like it so much, just wanted you to know that I do.

And I can't wait for the Sawyer/Charlie/Jack threesome, b/c you so need to write that.

Oh, and I recced this on my LJ, just so you know, even though I'm not sure how many LOST-fandom people I still have around on my flist.

I'm really glad to read this comment right before bed, b/c you, of all people, know how antsy I was about this fic. See, I don't generally find Sawyer disturbing... but then, you should see some of the guys I've known! I'm thrilled that you loved this! And you rec'd it? *loves*

As for the 3some, it may be some time, though I've a rough idea for it. There's a whole arc planned -- loosely planned, mind you, but planned all the same.
