Just 'cause some of us only watched the anime and didn't read, what is in the fourth volume's timeline?

Highlight for possible spoilers:
The fourth volume is, from what I've read of it (not much) based on a reality in which Haruhi didn't become God and therefore Yuki, Mikuru, Itsuki and herself are perfectly normal people who have never met Kyon before. Also Yuki still wears glasses, and Itsuki has a crush on Haruhi (and got described as her 'walking wallet' or something).
