His fingers twitch. Under-age magic laws keep him from doing the things he itches to do. Things that would wipe any grin off their worthless faces. He indulges in fantasies of wands whipping through the air, echoing screams, the intoxicating thrill of power. When a tiny girl scuttles past, his eyes narrow.
If he wanted, he could kill her with a flick of his wrist.
