You know, honestly, I hadn't really considered the UK as a place I wanted to go. I always thought of Australia, or Japan, or Africa. But then I got DirectTV, and they had this neat channel called BBC America - and this really cool show Doctor Who. Then that has led me to other great shows - Torchwood, Being Human, Skins, The Inbetweeners, etc.
Now, I think about visiting England all the time - drinking tea, good beer, fish-n-chips (minus the fish - seafood maybe). So one day I hope to make it happen!
I love England. I was there a while back and hope to go again. But if I had an all-expenses-paid trip to anywhere, well, frugal minded that I am, I'd be looking to capitalize on it as much as possible, and take the *really* expensive trips. Like New Zealand. Or Antarctica.
