Benjamin Linus: The Mixed Muses Continuity
This may become more detailed later, but here is the gist of it. In mixed_muses, unless otherwise notified, Ben:
- is living in Milliways Bar with his husband, Maxwell Smart (bythatmuch) and his adoptive daughter, Alex (bens_lil_girl). Who is ALIIIIIVE!!1 Ben and Max's relationship is the polar opposite of functional, so please don't assume it's sunshine, bunnies, and baked ham. As much as Max wishes this were true. It's more like Ben's crazy, bunnies (Alice -- agent_nom), baked ham when Ben feels like it, and more of Ben's crazy. For example: recently Ben and Max were bodyswapped. Ben proposed that Max be nice to Alex while Max was in Ben's body so that Alex would grow to like him. Max refused. Then Ben threatened to steal Max's identity while he was still in Max's body. Then they switched back and Ben was suddenly cuddly. Neither of the players involved, nor Max himself, have been able to figure out wtf. It probably makes more sense in Ben's head than it does in anyone else's.
- has not been able to return to his home in months. The last time he was in his world, he was in Tunisia, just about to enter his hotel room for the first time (this is after he was booted from the Island).
- has been to the bar as a boy, and has befriended a young Daniel Faraday (findaconstant). The adult Ben remembers this.
- in contact with both his parents, who are also in Milliways Bar. He still hates his daddy.
- is waiting for Sayid Jarrah to go through the events of "He's Our You" so he can go ballistic on him. What? He loves Sayid.
- is close friends with Dinah Lance (raptorcanaria). This is a carryover from milliways_bar continuity.
