I doubt you could find anything on the hill that is remotely un-gross for cheaper than that. rent prices are freaking insane right about now and only look to be rising.

Nope. Nothing cheaper than what you have that's not a dramatic step down.

On the bright side, I totally want to go to SF now thanks to your pics!!

Hey Ace it's Betsy. My rent is going up $100 more starting in Oct. and I'm getting stressed, but it'd cost even more to move and there isn't anything cheaper.
