At any point, you can print the file to review it or to use it for research. Since bibliography files are essential to researching and writing the paper, be certain to save these files and to keep copies of them on paper and on a backup disk.

When you add sources to your working bibliography, be sure you enter all the publication information needed for the works-cited list.
