I know what MAD is. The distro is called MAD People & I distribute independent media & small press so I doubt there would be any problem whatsoever.

"Barbie" is trademarked & owned my Mattel. I can't get sued, trust me. My distro is called MAD People Distro not MAD Magazine, there is not really any correlation.

right, & you obviously don't know the difference between a zine and a distro. i don't write a zine called "MAD People" & even if I DID, it wouldn't matter because it's called MAD PEOPLE not MAD zine or MAD Magazine or anything like that. but that is entirely irrelevant because it's a DISTRIBUTION called MAD PEOPLE, again, not MAD distro or MAD Magazine distro. there is NO legal issue.
