And yes, he is adorable. And maybe not quite as pathetic as he looks, but that depends entirely on your definition of "pathetic." In this case...yeah, she'd think he's pathetic. Maybe worse than pathetic.

If you want to grab a spot along the coast, or anywhere really, Char would be quite willing to have Liu Shan's "kingdom" as a puppet state in exchange for not burning it to the ground. Or maybe designate him a vassal which I think would get me to the point where I could just annex a vacant province.

I'm trying to scrape together enough people to get a kingdom started. I guess it depends who signs on how long the country will manage to hold together. In canon, he has one general who has this obsessive need to keep the country together, but without someone like that, he'd give in to Char really easy.

If you want him to be an ex-ruler, he could always be Sawa former king/abdicated prince. Moenari's only been in office for a few years, and he'd be torn between haaaaaaating Liu Shan and wanting to pet him. Just look at his misshapen little head! Daaaaaw.
