Plot description: Per the Emperor's decree, Magistrates and other justice-minded individuals are asked to investigate Amestris and what the troop movements are all about. Amestris has been ordered to open its doors, so they will be (begrudgingly) welcoming people in and answering questions

Jin and Roy are both up for interrogation, though good luck reaching them. Roy's going to be up in Poemond, and Jin is busy pursuing Ragna.

I don't think anybody will be interested in interrogating Schro, since he's just a kid, but hey! Here's there for it.

He could also help with some kidnapping. Maybe not the actual physical kidnapping part, but finding out people's routines/schedules to make it easier to catch them alone and off-guard.
