Twenty-three state representatives and four state senators of South Dakota are sponsoring a bill to make it legal to kill a person who assists in the provision of abortion services: FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to expand the definition of justifiable homicide to provide for the protection of certain unborn children
