I know of quite a few Jace/Simon fics also the only Stiles/Allison I've read is a threesome with Derek with those two.

I'd love to read some of your Jace/Simon favorites! And I have read a few beautiful Stiles/Allison fics (and I've written a couple) but they are a rarepair, for sure.
