SO OKAY. He's of course free to discover the whole witch-y and demon-y thing from Ana and Belial if they ever visit the clinic. Anathema might not be very apparent right off the bat, but she'll readily admit to being a witch if he's curious enough to ask. Belial will be very obvious, but of course won't admit to anything without the usual guessing games.
....I think that's all unless there's more you need to know.
The Marker wasn't supernatural, but it left codes in Isaac's head to rebuild it and spread horrible Necromorph infestations throughout the universe. Since he's post game, he sort of removed it from his brain using imaginary power tools, so it should be gone.
Unless Visceral changes their minds about how it works. They're not immortal, but there were a couple regenerating ones.
Huey might be interested in her diamond form? Since aside from the flaw, it's sort of immortal? She did regenerate once after being shattered, but it wasn't her own doing, so she has no real regenerative powers of her own.
Though she might be able to speed up someone's healing through telepathic surgery?
Roxas is a nobody and therefore has no heart or no blood for that matter. When he's injured, he emits something of a black mist. And he has no heartbeat, of course. Just some pretty obvious things that would be noticed right off the bat. /o/ Can't really think of anything else to note.
