While I sit here trying to enjoy a beer at my fav watering hole (Sherwood)I just cant get out of my head the what my house is now worth.....I got my new asessment today in the mail .....ready wait for it......it lost 32000 in value.....yup.....now that is a kick to the boys...so who knows how long it going to take to get to the point where I could

I am scared to see my next assessment. I live in over-inflated Sterling Heights.

We WERE on track to have our PMI busted off soon. But now, we will have either zero equity or...gulp...negative equity.
