Ask a question about or relating to Tohru and I'll reply with a miniessay explaining my answer. It can be anything from "How would he react to ____" or "Would he ____" or "What are his thoughts on ____" or whatever. Ask as many as you'd like.

Also, a thing that I'd like to know is what are actually his real thoughts and feelings regarding his family and what happened. Like, I know it's something in his past and that he prefers to look at the future, but deep down, does he actually miss them?

Tohru's spent a good while thinking about Yuu now, and before all this... Well, he blocked those thoughts out.
Maybe there was a part of him that sensed that Yuu could and would bring about this unwanted change; maybe he really was just trying to protect Yuu from Tohru's dangerous lifestyle. Maybe it was a bit of both ( ... )

So last night, I was thinking of the new icons I wanted to make for Tohru. And I realized I need one like this :D
And I was like... Oh man! Tohru is totally Hayama lolol
... which makes Yuu Sana. Oh God. It works.
Then let's see-- Who would be Tsuyoshi?
... Can you guess?

Yuu has challenged his views ever since he found out about them, somewhat. Of course, even Yuu told him he would stand by whatever Tohru's decisions were, so I realize it's not to the extent of someone outright challenging him.
Still, there are two different stories to tell. The story of what would have happened, had Yuu not gotten to him first, and how he would react now, because he is very much a different person now. He's very much the same person, but the huge changes are substantial in that they would affect how he feels toward said challenges.
Back then, he wouldn't have thought much of it. Rather, it would have been a problem, but... Someone knowing that much about what he does is problematic. If they were consistently challenging him, he'd remain resolved in his beliefs, but... He'd be suspicious of their motives, especially if they didn't seem interested in actually stopping what he was doing. i.e. going to the police or something like ( ... )
