I completely agree with you - Ken has given amazing support during this.

I have had to turn over the tv, as it has upset me enourmousely - I just checked the news again on the web - 30 people have lost their lives, I'm totally at a loss as to the way these extremists minds work...

The death toll has risen to 30 - when I checked this afternoon, it was only 4...I've been in tears about this, it's just as frightening as when our boys and girls go to Iraq or to any country where peace-keeping is involved. I'm devastated by this, as everyone is...

I'm completely at a loss - I live with the real fear, as do many other army wives, about their men and women going to war and losing them, but this is even worse, the deaths of 30 people...

Extremists are unwavering, look at 9/11, these people believe in their "cause", and there isn't much we can do about it - you can't talk reason to people like this, there is no reasoning, only killing...I'm so angered and upset at the same time, it's Canary Wharf all over again, but from a different direction.

30 people dead, and I'm sure that toll will rise. I've been watching the news, and I just can't bare to watch anymore of it at the moment, it's so distressing, and the helplessness is horrific.
