Whereas with Gateway, even DURING your contract, you are dead to them. =(

They lied about fixing the harddrive. As in, the reader was broken, we took it in to them, they said they replaced it. It was the same harddrive, the only reformatted it, thinking I wouldn't notice the loud clicking noise.

Curls are cute. I have such a thing for soft curls for some reason.
