Well done!

*asks faux-knowledgeable question, clearly out of her depth* Er, how do you find The Lurker Below?

I ask partly just because I can't believe there's anything actually called that!

Thank you!

*grin* Yes there IS something called The Lurker Below (Picturrrre: http://www.wowwiki.com/Image:Lurker_Killed.jpg). I think he is in Serpentshrine Cavern (also referred to as SSC), which is a 25-man dungeon. As my guild is quite casual (people don't get in because they want to raid, but more for social aspects and we don't have attendance requirements) we don't regularly have 25-man raids (because we struggle to get the numbers and/or right group composition) and haven't actually ventured into this place yet. We have been talking about it though and there is some interest, so hopefully soon I will be able to bring you all the juicy details about The Lurker. Heeeehee!!

Druids rock! Are you specced straight feral or some hybrid?

I'm in a casual guild as well. Its been a tough balance for the guild with quite a few folks leaving lately because they found themselves more serious about raiding than they thought they'd be. The guild I'm in on the Horde side has pretty much abandoned all low-level support in favor of the end-game content, so it can be pretty devastating on friendships, to say the least.

Good job on your guild's success!

I'm on a RP server where there are only a handful actual raiding guilds. What happens a lot is that people join raiding communities. They raid with the community (and have a custom channel & website etc) but remain in their regular guild. We have a couple of people who are in our server's top raiding community (only group to have actually ventured into T6 content) but they're still in the guild, party with us and occasionally join our raids. Works pretty well ( ... )

Work is sooo over rated! Ha.

My warrior is next in line for end-game tanking as well. He's 67 but the next closest to 70 and the other 70 tank is getting tired of being all alone!

We're lucky in our guild that a core group all like to play together and we've started 3 5-man leveling teams on a separate server just to be able to experience the old-world dungeon content. Each group of five plays as a team on Sat, Sun or Mon for 4 hours with all the professions covered and shared funds between all three teams. I rolled my third Druid for the group, but haven't decided on a build yet. My 5-man has a warrior, priest, mage, shaman and my druid. Fun group with lots of fire power. The one rule was that we had to roll a toon that was different than our main in our regular guild!

Happy Hunting!
