Rereading Death Note (sharpest_rose's fault). Wondering how I ever took it seriously EVER (so much sharpest_rose's fault XD). Seriously, I'm about halfway through volume 8 and laughing every time Mello's face shows up because he really does just make the best faces ever. Everyone makes the best faces ever and all of Ryuk's observations are pretty much what I'm thinking

Ahahahahahaha, your comment about Marcus being Eeyore has me actually interested in Gears of War. Before now, it was just a game series that Lek was sort of into because Karen Traviss (one of his favorite authors) had started writing the tie-in novels and we would talk about getting the GoW games when we got a Xbox. (This is also why Lek is into Halo now. XD)

It doesn't happen often, but there are just moments where between the dialogue and the voice acting Marcus sounds like such a gruff-voiced Eeyore that I can't stop laughing. It's mostly in the first game I think. Gears is just the biggest and dumbest of the big dumb games. I really kind of love it.
