While I am home, I am determined to find and process every last roll of film I have kicking about. Today I found these, from Germany.

i was at the whitney the other day, and we were looking at some really great photographs, and i told gabe that i love photography, and he asked why, and i said i guessed it must be because of you.

so he asked about your work, and i told him that you are, without a doubt, going to be an incredibly influential, respected, and timeless artist. and that you don't realize how talented you are, but that that unassumption is part of what makes your photos so good.

anyway. i don't think i've ever really told you how much i admire you work. so there you have it.

see you friday!

i can't really explain how much i appreciate what you said, so thank you. i hope you know how important your unwavering belief is to me.

i don't remember his name, but he's incredibly famous and he worked like i wanna say in the 1920's, and he's known for taking technically flawless pictures of sort of classic american stuff; buildings, cars, towns, etc. name starts with a w?

yes! galleries! this weekend maybe? sunday?

sunday would be awesome for gallery hopping! i'll pick up a gallery guide before then so we can figure out what we want to see.
