In response to
roezmahree's journal entry on the hottest chicks on tv in 2006, here is my list of top 5 hottest ladies in television in 2006.
5. Jamie Pressly - Joy Turner (My Name Is Earl)
Jamie Pressly is very good at playing white trash. Seriously. I think she's played the white trash role several times. And she's got it down to perfection. Sure Joy is a pottymouth, quick-tempered, evil, gum-snapping slut. But she's still so lovable.
4. Vanessa Marcil - Samantha 'Sam' Jane Marquez (Las Vegas)
I actually didn't find Vanessa Marcil's Sam all that hot till this season of Las Vegas. Don't ask me why because I don't know. It just hit me one day.
3. Kate Walsh - Dr. Addison Montgomery-Shepherd (Grey's Anatomy)
Kate Walsh called herself gigantress on Conan. Do you really need any more reasons? Fine. Addison is a fan favorite on Grey's Anatomy. In fact, she's probably one of the few likable characters left on that show. Seriously. Also, this photo of her is really hot. Oh, and sometimes she looks even hotter with glasses on.
2. Evangeline Lilly - Kate Austen (Lost)
Kate is a tough chick. Actually, all the women on this list are. She's in the middle of this love triangle between her and two hot guys. Ain't nothing wrong with that. She has really nice skin in this picture. Actually, she normally has nice glowing skin. And really really nice arms. I'm so jealous.
1. Sarah Shahi - Carmen de la Pica Morales (The L Word)
Carmen is caliente. Sarah Shahi played Carmen, a PA by day, DJ by night. DJs are hot. Her dancing's not too shabby either. Carmen had horrendous mullet-like hair when she first appeared on The L Word in season 2, but it grew out and got waay better by season 3. Anyone that can recover from a horrible haircut like that gets a gold star in my book.
Honorable Mention
Mía Maestro - Nadia Santos (Alias)
Sure, this Nadia's father was evil, and she was raised an orphan. But you didn't see her whining about it too much. She was too busy kicking ass as a superspy.
Kristin Kreuk - Lana Lang (Smallville)
I always find Lana Lang boring. Krisin Kreuk has also admitted she's boring in real life. At least her mixed heritage is interesting and it makes her nice to look at.
Marisol Nichols - Nadia Yassir (24)
You know I had to put a techie in this list somewhere. So here she is.
