I think Itachi could? If nothing else, he's pretty observant. But he can also see chakra, and it's been hinted that he can feel a person's presence (or, at least, Sasuke's) in canon, so he might be able to sort of feel it, too.

He probably wouldn't say anything, though. He doesn't care enough. XD

And Soi Fong can definitely sense spiritual energy.

|Db It's not too hard to figure out. In the manga, Videl simply asks him if anyone knows his secret identity. After he says no, she asks, "So Gohan, how did you get out of class?" and he fails to notice the key part of that sentence and tells her.
