Lots of things are still up in the air right now.  Every now and then I think I'm okay with that, but that feeling of comfort subsides as soon as I have some down time and I just wig out again.  Some Swiss people put together a site called "Need a Problem" that seemingly operates on Schopenhauer's idea that boredom is the true enemy of happiness.

god, i couldn't agree more (re: people ARE difficult) and the thing is, people are so wonderful/lovely/special/so very much, one thing (note i do not say the MAIN thing or EVERYTHING) that makes life so totally worth living but the key is the right people, fewer people and more about the special ones that are so hard to find but that's all that's needed, in my opinion, esta es bastante bien (could you say that phrase to convey what i'm attempting?) anyway. i'm sure of two things, 1. i adore my time spent alone because i've learned how to enjoy it based on the person i am and have come to be, and 2. the right friends, the dearest and most wondrous ones, absolutely GET this, what's more they value and respect this in you and when you have that, you know you've found a truly glittering diamond in the rough. :) (personally diamonds are so overrated! i like the iridescent rainbows of opals, or something totally obscure like...oh oh! there's this one stone like..andalusitite, something lijke that. but it's actually found in andalucia spain
