They are adorable and sweet, but also yes. What even. HOW. They're not a year old yet, so very much prone to kittenish mischief. Also, one of them has now made it a personal quest to remove a - very large - painting from the wall, because he's convinced there must be something interesting behind it. I'd just put the painting away until they go, but it's actually a rather challenging one to get back up, so...
They've been here since Tuesday and will be going back Sunday - I think. Unfortunately, it sounds like our friends have been running into some odd bad weather on their trip, so I'm not sure if that'll end up delaying travel plans at all.
(Between these cats sitting and crying when they're not allowed to jump on kitchen counters, the dog crying because he's scared to sleep by himself in the living room, and our Ro getting mad and not wanting to go to bed when we moved Captain into our room - even though they get along okay, he just didn't want to share "his" room with a dog... I feel like we're running a daycare for tantrum-
