Ohhhh tell me theres more! I love this merging of universes, should keep going with it. Normally I can't stand Artemis, and the Roy&Ollie fights usually read wrong, but you pull it off perfectly. Love it!

Hee! Thanks so much for the glowing review! I'm thinking I might write more in this universe mostly because I can't get enough of YJ!Roy having all the same crap happen to him as Comics!Roy but faster and I like babies too much to not write something with the baby in it. We'll see!

At this point, they don't even need to bring Lian back in canon, she seems to be living on eternally in fandom, and it is of course because she is wonderful. But awww yes poor drugie, baby-daddy, abandoned Roy is my favorite. I'm glad you're using him :)

YES! There needs to be more Roy angst (Rangst?) in the world. And more babies. It's pretty much my new favorite thing.

Wow. Woooow. For some reason, it's like... we want to think that Ollie can't have been that bad, that Roy's overreacting... but he didn't notice the shooting up? Ollie, man, he's got his head in the clouds or something. And I like that while Roy clearly has strayed off the good path a bit, he's still strong, and it's just a stumble.

Though of course, it had to happen for the story, I'm not all that sure he would ever be that open with Artemis - not just because she's Artemis, but because she's not a close friend either.

First: Thanks so much! I'm really glad that you like the fic! Sad!Roy is starting to be my favorite genre, NGL.

On the subject of Artemis: I totally agree with you that she is not the person that Roy would normally confide in, but I chose Artemis for a couple reasons. First because in the previous fic I set her up as sort of a voyeur to Roy and Ollie's relationship, and this was a continuation of that idea.

Also I think it's because she's so distant that Roy is capable of confiding in her. To him she's more of a sounding board than a real person, he just needs to hear himself say what he needs to say in order to move on. Artemis was a good choice for his cathartic moment because he doesn't have an emotional investment in how she thinks of him, and he probably doesn't expect to ever see her again.

... or that's the idea >___<

Haha, yeah, and you did get that idea across, so you did well enough where even though I don't think it would really happen, you still made it believable, if that made sense, lol.
