Regained Canon Abilities
Prana Supply
After the events of Heaven's Feel Sakura has large mana pools to draw from and is able to become successful as a magus. When I mean large I mean jumbo. Her mana supply is almost endless. The old 'over 9000' joke would be very applicable. Well, actually, her exact amount is around 1,000,000,000,000 units of prana. :V
Anyone who is very adept in magic should be able to sense her from a mile away. Luckily for everyone in Mayfield Sakura was never trained as a Magus, she was trained to be a Vessel for the Holy Grail. Therefore she doesn't know how to use a lot of magecraft to start off with.
Imaginary Numbers
Sakura was born with the element of shadows, more specifically, imaginary numbers. Imagine numbers' roots are in Numerology which is as great as the gods. Basically, Imaginary Numbers is the result of trying to get the square root of a negative number. Since these numbers don't actually exist they'll always equal out to zero. This zero somehow becomes an alternate world where nothing exists.
In non Nasu Bullshit, Imaginary Numbers can function Sakura's own little pocket dimension where she can maim, absorb, or corrupt things. But as a human it is only effective on beings that aren't based in reality, such as spirits and the heroic servants.
Sakura is also able to summon small shadow familiars that follow her will but still function independently.

A gift from her birth sister, Rin. It's supposed to be a magical item of some sort but canon never explains how it actually works. More importantly it's Sakura's only proof that her sister always loved her so it has much more sentimental value than anything else.
