For real! When Martha said she was working to support him, I immediately wanted to be watching that episode. (Not that this one wasn't also good...)

I lovedlovedloved this episode. It accomplished what I think Torchwood 1x09, the odious Random Shoes was trying to do: namely, an episode from a Muggle's POV.

Also, I totally cried when Billy died, and I had "known" him for a total of five minutes. I can't even blame it on PMS! *is pathetic*

Agreed! To me Random Shoes sort of seemed like a bad ripoff of last season's Love & Monsters (which I loved), so I was really hoping they'd do something completely different with this episode. And boy did they!
