Has anybody seen the show, "Downfall"?

In which perfectly good, expensive items, and even MONEY, are thrown off a 100-foot building.

I hate America.  This stupid capitalist society.  We can watch this, and then it will have commercials of those starving children, and we will go back to our mindless entertainment where thousands of dollars are WASTED

Ugh, I know. These kind of shows drive me nuts. Wasting money, and wasting water (we've been in drought how many years?), pet peeves of mine. Whenever someone wastes heaps of money, I think about the number of books I could buy with that, and I want to slap them.

Let me tell you a secret: we all hate America's capitalist society. One of our favorite statistics (although it may be a little out of date now) is the fact that the amount America spends on war and its military in 1 year could cure world hunger.

Don't worry, though, I'm pretty sure my school makes up for it (seriously, they work us like we're in a sweatshop or something, churning out blanket squares like there's no tomorrow!)
