Speaking of which...

Asahi and I have been recently discussing the benefits of taking a city census.

In Lannister's apparent absence, I suppose there really isn't anyone we ought to consult with before proceeding to compile one...yes?

I was thinking of running one myself, truth be told. I would speak to Claire, if you're worried about stepping on toes. What will the census entail?

But certainly you seem overworked and well occupied. It would be little trouble for the two of us to manage it.

Small details for drawing conclusions in regard to future city planning.

Names, Additional titles and positions, Gender, Length of time spent in World's End, Present residences, Former world residences and some mention of expected societal norms (perhaps a separate survey altogether), Technical Specializations, Trade or Occupational Experience, Familial or organizational affiliations, Dependent familiars (animals/children), Knacks and/or magical endowments, Medical conditions and/or dietary concerns of note?

I always have time to help out, however.

That seems fair. You do realize, however, that there are people who won't want to give their addresses. Or if they do, they won't stay there for long. Some people aren't comfortable with others watching over them to that extent, or having access to their daily lives.

There is strength in diversity, don't you think?

There's different ways of thinking and experiences, that's for sure!

Yes, exactly. This contributes to a larger set of tools for handling difficult situations!

A broader scope and range of ideas would come in handy for whatever might come across the road ahead. Thinking outside the box, or so they say!

I try to stay positive.

You're new, aren't you?

It's better than being miserable I guess.

Oh right, yes I am. I'm Merlin.

I think so!

You...have the same accent as that other guy I talked to. Let me guess: you don't know what lightbulbs are either, do you?

It'd be kind of boring if we were all the same.

The conversations might be a little dull, I will give you that.

You sound like you'd rather be stuck with dull conversations all day.
