Certain she'd see the pits of Hell in her living room, Sitara gulped great breaths of air as she recognized her own furniture, the house quiet and dark. There was no other sound, save for the klaxoning in her own head. Without another thought, she whirled and headed to the spare bedroom, not bothering to knock as she flung open the door and spied Sam, sitting up and panting.
"...Sam!"

Finally his gaze is brought up to hers. Tear-stained cheeks, trembling hands as he flops back to sit on the bed. Hands folded over his knees. His voice is choked; strained when he speaks. "Sorry--just a--a nightmare. That's all. I didn't mean to wake you."

"It's all right, Sam." Concern filled her eyes as she edged a bit further around the door, flicking on the lamp on the bedside table. "Are you all right? Do you want a drink?"

His voice is low. "Can I--" he pauses. It's kind of an awkward thing to ask. "Can I have a hug?"

The noises stopped for a louder one followed. He furrowed his brows, wondering who Dean was and why he was being called for. Merlin raised his hand and knocked on the door.

A trembling hand opens the door, cautiously as he looks at. There is no smile; just a broken, tear stained gaze as he sees the other. This had to be Merlin "S--sorry, Sitara let me stay. I didn't mean to wake anyone. I'm--I'm Sam" it was odd to introduce himself so freely. But here he could be himself; it was out in the rest of the world he had to lie.

Sam steps back to the let the other in; he didn't want to go back to sleep and since the guy seemed talkative. He'd take the company, anything to banish that image from his mind. When asked the final question, Sam looks away. Eyes closed tightly "He's my brother."
