And OMG! It stars members of the original Broadway cast (!!!!!!!) including Adam Pascal and Rosario Dawson!

What really depresses me is that I didn't get to see it last year when WMU had it running for a week. I was fortunate enough to be a bar goer and had the chance to meet some of the male cast and they even sung happy b-day to a girl their. Go figure the male cast of Rent going to a gay bar, lol. Now WMU is having Phantom showing for a week straight after they make a movie version of it

well if I did get to do anything special with them I would tell you, but alas, all I got to do was meet them :-( I have a feeling I will definetly see it unlike not seeing Phantom yet. I've decided I'm only going to see Phantom on stage since they didn't have Doug Labreque (from my hometown) in the movie.

Isn't it awesome! I'm completely obsessed with RENT. I've seen it 17 times. I've been waiting for this movie since I heard about it last year. I'm really excited they got most of the original cast in it. Adam Pascal is so f-ing hot. And I loved Tracie Thoms in Wonderfalls, so I was really happy when I found out she was going to be Joanne.
