If you ever need a ride, I'm sure you know you you're pretty close to us. Also, Genesee St is a major bus route. (If you check out the NFTA web site you'd look for the number 24 bus.

that ledge is actually the top of the foudation wall. my apartment has the same ledge running all through it. it comes in handy (good place for an alarm clock, among other things)

Ha! Good question. Central air is a rarity in Buffalo. It generally comes with houses far outside our price range. But, the house does already have central heating, which means the addition of AC is not entirely out of the question for us. It would make for a fantastic investment in the house. We'll see what the temperature is like in there. Because unlike where we are now - there are enough electric sockets to put in a window unit if we want! Yay!
