That was great! I love Jacks answer at the end. :-) And Rivers comment is great as well.

But now I'm curious, why did Mal shoot Jack?

... I honestly, I have no idea why Mal shot Jack. That was just the opening line I was given, and I ran with it. It just seemed like something Mal would do.
