I've been trying to commit to a similar list, adding on learning myself how to diminish every day stresses. Little things will make me feel like I'm having a huge attack and it's been like this most of my life - so lately I'm actively taking things at my own pace and describing it to others as detailed as I can, if they ask me why I'm being the way I am ( ... )
