(i'm updating just for you niles.) Because I have nothing to say really. other than the Finns really like second hand stores. There are a whole bunch of them everywhere, and usually students will just shop for all their needs there and then sell them back when they leave. So we're talking clothes, books, coffee makers, strange toffee chocolate

jolly good! tell santa I want a good job for christmas. Did i ever tell you about my father wanting me to go to medical school? he had a talk with me over dinner about it. strange.

p.s. i went to wisconsin last weekend...it was kinda like finland, all snowy and stuff. but we ate a lot of cheese and took pictures of cows. we also danced on a frozen lake, which was fun.
