[ Eames only goes to open the door out of sheer curiosity at this point - he's not expecting any visitors, and Arthur or Ariadne (either of the people he thinks might need to call on him) would use other means, first, or at least notify him of a visit. So when it's Alex who turns up at his door, he hikes up his brows, and then moves to shut it again. ]
