[It's so quick, and she didn't even have to watch either of the two feeds to realize that something was horribly, terribly wrong. Aqua wore her Wayfinder around her neck as she fought, cleaving down any who were trying to attack those nearby as well. Magic, physical attacks─neither really matter because the result was the same.
Then she sensed it, and the glow of the light from her Wayfinder faded to almost nonexistent.
What-
Her breath is caught, and she stops in her tracks, searching for those two bonds as the scenes play over the PORTAL. 'Please... please don't-'
Just.. try to take care of him now. The last few days haven't been easy.Shoulders shake with sobs that threaten to break out into a silent scream. She- She hadn't been there... for either of them, and it's tearing her apart. What if she had been there instead, fighting with them instead of where she is now? Why... Why of all times, of all the reminders that she could have received

[ Lioriley had seen both deaths on the network and it would be a lie to say she wasn't upset about them. True she had only spoken to both Roxas and Ventus a few times, but she easily considered them friends. Perhaps because of their connection with Sora, or maybe because they were just generally good people. Either way they didn't deserve the fate that had befallen them. Even with the knowledge that they would would be revived, Lioriley shed a few tears for them.
As she and Veles rode overhead she stopped him once she saw a familiar boy laying on the street below, guiding the dragon down enough for her to hop down safely and then sending him off for the time being. Just as she thought: it was Sora. At first she thought that he might have died, too, but when he moved she breathed a quiet sigh of relief.

[ there was someone nearby. someone he knew, and his eyes cracked open to look up at Lior. he breathed in deep and tried to move, but just winced as the connection protested. no, he was separated from those parts of his Heart. his Heart might as well have been fractured! he should stay down. stay down and lie there.
Sora refused and tried to sit up, despite the grimace becoming wider. ]
You have to. It's too dangerous to stay here. [ She knew well enough how hard it was to will yourself to do anything when a loved one died and she didn't know the literal connection Sora had with Roxas and Ventus, but still. They were in the middle of - what she was calling - a war and this was the last place he needed to be.
Now she finally reached out, curling her fingers around his arm to try and pull him up when he started moving, ] I'll take you somewhere safer.
[As strong as he'd been made to be, even Cloud needed a break. So he'd found a quiet corner in one of the safehouses to rest his eyes for a few moments, when he saw this.]
Don't...
[Don't give up, don't die. Fight it. Fight back. Cloud wanted to say all those things. Instead, he could only clench his fist so tightly that his fingernails dug into his own palm as he watched the feed to the end.]

[And all she could do was cry. This was too much for her. Now she just felt incredibility useless. Not even able to help the people she cared about.]
